Wine Storage Cellar Commitments
The APOGEE200PV wine cellar can store up to 185 bottles of Bordeaux 75cl type. It faithfully reproduces the storage conditions of a natural cellar, taking your wines to their peak in complete safety and under the best conditions.
Controlled humidity: The humidity level in a wine cellar should be between 50% and 80%. If the humidity is too low, the cork may dry out, allowing oxygen to come into contact with the wine. If it is too high, it will damage the aesthetics of your bottles by peeling their labels and may encourage mould growth. To guarantee a precise temperature in your wine cellar, the APOGEE200PV generates regular cold cycles. Combined with the thermodynamic operation of the evaporator, they help maintain an ideal humidity level within the wine cellar.
Absence of vibrations: Repeated vibrations, even of low intensity, disturb the maturation of the wine: they accelerate the aging of younger wines and detach the sediments from older wines, irreversibly damaging them. Thanks to its Silent Block technology, the APOGEE200PV generates no vibrations and offers silent operation.
Low-e-glass: The glazed door displays your wines safely. The low-E glass filter protects the bottles from UV rays and reduces the exchange of cold and heat between the interior of the cabinet and its external environment, resulting in genuine energy savings.
Filtration and ventilation system: In a confined space, wine can take on undesirable flavours. Without ventilation, mould and bacteria can develop, altering the seal of the corks and even the taste of your wine. It is essential to preserve your wines in a healthy environment. Equipped with an air intake with an activated carbon filter, the APOGEE200PV allows continuous air renewal, neutralising bad odours and preventing the proliferation of bacteria and mould.
Constant temperature: To avoid disturbing the aging process, the wine must age in an environment offering a stable and constant temperature. The APOGEE200PV wine cellar allows you to store your fine wines in a healthy environment at the temperature of your choice (adjustable between 5°C and 20°C).
APOGEE200PV, why is it appealing?
Unique rounded design
Modern and vintage at the same time, the APOGEE200PV wine cellar breaks the rules by concentrating the best characteristics of both trends. Its rounded shape recalls the universe of vintage and retro, a true current trend, and pairs beautifully with the codes of modern design to enhance and distinguish your interior decoration.
Take control of your wines
With its remote control function, manage the parameters of your wine cellar (temperature, lighting, alarms) remotely and at any time from your smartphone using the Vinotag® app.
Highlight your fine wines
Illuminate your bottles with its integrated lighting system under the shelves. This system allows you to light the entire wine cellar. Store up to 185 bottles on its 5 removable, multi-format wooden shelves, specially designed to accommodate various bottle types (Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne) and to adapt to your needs (3 shelves in head-to-head position + 2 shelves in horizontal position).
Remote control of your wine cellar settings
Temperature
Adjust the internal temperature of your wine cellar easily using the digital control panel. Not at home? Simply open the Vinotag app to remotely adjust the internal temperature of your wine cellar. Temperature is adjustable between 5°C and 20°C.
Lighting
Adjust the internal lighting of your wine cellar from your smartphone. Door, Automatic, or Permanent, you decide the lighting mode that suits your needs.
Door Mode: The lighting turns on and off automatically when the door is opened and closed.
Automatic Mode: The light turns on when the door is opened and turns off automatically after 15 minutes.
Permanent Mode: The light only turns on or off upon command by pressing the lighting button (light bulb icon) on the control panel or using the switch in your VINOTAG® app.
Alarms
Be alerted to the operational conditions of the device requiring your attention, at any time.
If you're not at home, Vinotag alerts you if there is an abnormal temperature shift in your wine cellar.
